As the Sales Manager, you are the engine behind our growth. You will:
Drive Sales Strategy and Growth
Drive Sales Strategy and Growth
- Build and execute sales strategies that hit monthly Allstate Variable Compensation (VC) targets and agency premium goals.
- Develop localized and regional campaigns that capitalize on opportunities in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and more.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and production data to pivot when needed.
Lead, Coach and Grow a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, train, and develop sales agents into confident, independent producers.
- Provide ongoing coaching and weekly 1:1s to reinforce skills, correct issues quickly, and track KPIs.
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and high energy—every day.
Ensure Compliance and Operational Excellence
- Maintain strict adherence to multi-state insurance regulations and underwriting guidelines.
- Conduct audits, enforce documentation standards, and maintain clean compliance processes for all agents.
Optimize Lead Flow and Vendor Performance
- Manage lead vendors, evaluate ROI, and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.
- Oversee marketing budgets, negotiate contracts, and refine lead-source performance.
- Drive partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, dealerships, and community
networks.
Community and Brand Growth
- Represent the agency at community events and bolster local presence.
- Build referral channels and increase market visibility through strategic outreach.

- Available during all sales hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Join Monday morning Zoom meetings (Service Team at 8:30 AM; Sales Team at 9:30 AM).
Leadership Rhythm
- Weekly 1:1s with each sales agent.
- Continuous coaching and performance tuning.
- Overseeing day-to-day lead management and ensuring operational discipline across the team.
Process Ownership
- Improve, enforce, and document sales processes.
- Maintain client onboarding standards and refine them as the team grows.

Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of Property/Casualty (Life/Health a plus).
- Experience managing compliance and multi-state operations preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing producers.
